2019/2020 EPL Predictions & Season Preview

The new EPL Betting season is approaching and we have 2019/2020 EPL Predictions & Season Previews. Which team will come out on top? Which team will be relegated?

All these questions will be answered in our 2019/2019 EPL Season Predictions.

After a long summer break, the Premier League is finally back. There will be nine months of thrills and spills as the top 20 clubs in England do battle for the biggest domestic prize in club football.

Manchester City are the defending champions, and will be looking to become only the second team to win three titles on the bounce, but they will face stiff competition from Champions League winners Liverpool. That also includes beaten finalists Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea.

Meanwhile, the bottom of the league also offers quality as teams will be looking to avoid the drop to the Championships. Newcomers to the division Norwich City and Sheffield United are among the favourites, while Newcastle United, Brighton and Crystal Palace could all be in trouble if the bookmakers’ prices are anything to go by.

But, what can we expect with Premier League betting this season?

EPL Predictions: Title Winner

Manchester City will once again be the team to beat, but they will be well aware of the challenge posed to them by the chasing pack. Liverpool are many peoples’ picks to challenge Pep Guardiola’s team the most, but for a defeat at the Etihad last season, Jurgen Klopp would have delivered a first top-flight title in 25 years.

Tottenham Hotspur have strengthened over the summer by bringing in Tanguy Ndombele, while Arsenal have added last season’s second-highest scorer in France to their front line.

Club legends Frank Lampard and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will lead Chelsea and Manchester United respectively. However, it is difficult to see past Manchester City winning the title yet again.

They have improved their squad over the summer with the addition of holding midfielder Rodri, while Phil Foden is expected to be one of the stars of the season at the Etihad.

Much will depend over the last remaining week of the transfer window regarding who is in the best position to challenge, but it’s unlikely that anyone will get near this special City side.

EPL Predictions: Manchester City to win ($1.40/-250) @ Pinnacle

EPL Predictions: Relegation

The battle to survive relegation is always one of the most compelling aspects to any Premier League season, but maybe none more so than this coming campaign.

There are a host of teams that will be anxious about dropping into a dog fight due to the quality that the Premier League possesses this season. Sheffield United have added players smartly over the summer months. The addition of the experienced defender Phil Jagielka could be a crucial aspect in their survival bid.

Newcastle United could be in a host of trouble after losing half of their goals over the summer months with the departure of Salomon Rondon and Ayoze Perez.

How Joelinton fits into the club could be crucial in their chances, but a tally of eight goals in 22 Bundesliga appearances last season doesn’t sound reassuring.

Norwich could also struggle to adapt. However, Aston Villa look strong enough to deal with the pressure of competing in the Premier League.

Crystal Palace could take the final relegation spot, but that is dependent on Wilfried Zaha leaving the club. The Eagles haven’t brought in any new faces over the summer, and losing the Ivorian could be the final straw for them.

This battle to avoid relegation could go down to the final days of the season, and fans won’t be able to take their eyes off it.

EPL Predictions: Newcastle, Norwich and Crystal Palace to be relegated @ Pinnacle.
