UFC Fight Night 155 Predictions

UFC Fight Night 155 Predictions, Picks & Preview

We have UFC Fight Night Predictions for Fight Night 155, which is headlined by Aspen Ladd vs Germaine de Randamie.

The women’s bantamweight fight could see a real contender in that division and it’s worthy of the headline act.

However, all eyes will be on the return of Urijah Faber. Not many thought he would fight again but the California Kid is back against Ricky Simon.

UFC Fight Night 155 Predictions – Ladd vs. De Randamie

Aspen Ladd could be the next logical contender for the women’s bantamweight title. She’s unbeaten after eight professional fights but faces her toughest test on July 13.

The Californian was meant to fight Holly Holm in March, which would have given us a better insight into her ability. However, she ended up fighting Sijara Eubanks in a three-round decision victory.

In fact, Ladd has been involved in three cancelled fights in the last three years. That was cut down on her time in the Octagon, although her last fight came in May so she should be fit and ready to fight.

Ladd has some serious knockouts on her record, including a first-round knockout of journey woman Tonya Evinger at UFC #229. That put Ladd on the map and we’re not surprised to see her as the favorite for this fight.

Coming up against her is Germaine de Randamie – an 8-3 fighter who scored an upset win over Raquel Pennington at Fight Night 139.

The win that put her on the map came against Holly Holm at UFC #208. It was a five-round decision victory, but it did come against a fighter who hasn’t performed well since knocking out Ronda Rousey with a head kick.

She has experience losing to Amanda Nunes in 2013 via knockout so she will be keen to get a rematch against the greatest women’s fighter in history.

Tough fight to call our UFC Fight Night Predictions see Ladd remaining unbeaten.

UFC Fight Night 155 Predictions – Faber vs Simon

Urijah Faber is back in the UFC and we couldn’t be more excited. The Alpha Male fighter hasn’t fought in three years when beating Brad Pickett over three rounds.

Much has changed since that time and it’s hard to believe Faber is now forty years old. He doesn’t look a day over 30 but how will that age affect him in the Octagon? Bookmakers have Faber as a big underdog and we’re not surprised.

Ricky Simon is a 15-1 fighter who is 14 years younger than Faber. He’s coming off a decision win over Rani Yahya at UFC #234 and he has also beaten up on some good UFC prospects.

Wins over Merab Dvalishvili and Montel Jackson are on his record and he could add a UFC legend to his victim list. Simon is an aggressive fighter who will have the physical edge over Faber.

We would love Faber to return after his hiatus and beat Simon, but fairytales don’t always come true inside the Octagon.

Our UFC Fight Night 155 Predictions sees Faber hanging around for three rounds, but ultimately losing in a decision.

UFC Fight Night 155 Predictions – Undercard

Josh Emmett vs Mirsad Bektic

We like Josh Emmett to score an upset win over the 13-1 Bektic. Emmett is an experienced type who is not getting much respect from bookmakers.

UFC Fight Night 155 Predictions: Josh Emmett (+140) @ BetOnline

Karl Roberson vs Wellington Turman

We don’t know much about Wellington Turman but we’re confident Karl Roberson can improve on his 7-2 record.

He has good physical prowess and looks a rising contender in the middleweight division.
